Transportation and Infrastructure Capital Ledger

This combined schedule brings together infrastructure funded through the Transportation Fund, Capital Projects Fund, and applicable state or federal grants. The Fund column on the FY2027-FY2031 ledger identifies the funding source supporting each project.

The Transportation Fund supports roads and related infrastructure through fuel taxes, state revenue sharing, interfund transfers, and grants. The Capital Projects Fund accounts for resources dedicated to major facilities and infrastructure, including transfers from the General Fund.
