Recreation Plat Fee Fund Capital Ledger

The Recreation Plat Fee Fund is a component of Walton County’s Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), providing dedicated resources for recreational facility capital projects. The fund is supported by developer assessments collected in lieu of dedicating on-site recreational space as part of new residential development, which the County directs toward parks and recreation capital improvements.
