Sidewalk Fund Capital Ledger

The Sidewalk Fund is a component of Walton County’s Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), providing dedicated resources for sidewalk capital projects. The fund is supported by assessments paid in lieu of constructing required sidewalks as part of new development, which the County directs toward building sidewalk infrastructure elsewhere in the community.

The fund does not yet carry a Board-identified project list — the ledger below shows the budgeted amount as a placeholder capital project pending Board direction on where the assessments will be spent.
